Service categories on Recharg.co describe the kinds of recharge and bill payment the platform is intended to offer. Whether you can complete a transaction depends on the operators, billers and integrations enabled at that time, and on any approval those services require. A category shown on the website may be unavailable. The website does not currently operate a payment form.
Transaction timing
When a payment service is enabled, the time to complete a recharge or bill update depends on the relevant operator, biller and payment provider. A transaction may succeed, fail or stay pending. Check the status you were given before you pay again.
Check details before you pay
You are responsible for checking the mobile number, subscriber or consumer number, provider and amount before you confirm. A payment made to details you submitted may not be reversible if the provider has already applied it.
Third-party names
Names and trademarks of telecom operators, DTH providers, utilities, banks and payment brands belong to their respective owners. Mentioning a type of service does not mean that the owner has endorsed Recharg.co, and it does not mean that the owner is currently integrated.
Third-party terms
Operators, billers and payment providers apply their own terms to the underlying connection, account or payment method. Those terms can affect whether a recharge is accepted and how a reversal is handled.
Statutory rights
Nothing on this website excludes a statutory right, or a liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 where that Act applies. Complaints can be raised through the Grievance Redressal Policy.
