Refund & Reversal Policy
Effective date: [Insert publication date]
A refund depends on what actually happened to the payment and on the rules of the parties who processed it. This policy does not promise a refund in every case or within a fixed number of days.
1. Overview
DRAMIVO PRIVATE LIMITED reviews refund and reversal requests for payments made through a Recharg.co service that is actually enabled. The outcome depends on the transaction result, the payment provider, the operator or biller, and applicable law.
This website does not currently take payments. This policy will apply when a payment integration is live, and it also explains how to contact support about a transaction reference you already have.
2. Successful Transactions
If a recharge or bill payment is successfully delivered to the correct account, it has been completed. Mobile and DTH recharges are often irreversible once the provider has applied them. A completed utility payment is generally a payment to that biller, not a balance we can return on request.
A request to undo a successful transaction is passed to the relevant provider only where that provider’s rules allow a reversal. We cannot require a provider to reverse a completed service.
3. Failed Transactions
If money is taken and the recharge or bill payment then fails, the amount is eligible for reversal, subject to confirmation from the payment provider and the service provider. Keep the payment reference. Contact support if the amount is still not back with you after the provider has marked the service as failed.
4. Pending Transactions
A pending transaction has no final result yet. Do not start a second payment for the same service while the first one is pending. A refund is not started while the status is still open, because the provider may still complete the service. When the status becomes failed, the failed-transaction section applies. When it becomes successful, the successful-transaction section applies.
5. Duplicate Payments
If you paid twice for the same service and one of the payments did not result in a second completed service, tell us both transaction IDs. A duplicate that was not delivered can be reviewed for reversal. A second payment that the provider has already applied is treated as a successful transaction.
6. Incorrect Details
If a payment succeeds against a number or consumer account you entered, the service has been delivered to those details. A wrong number, wrong operator or wrong consumer ID is not by itself a failed transaction. Any reversal depends on whether the provider can recall it. Check the details on the review step before you confirm.
7. Refund Method and Timeline
Where a refund or reversal is approved, it is made to the original payment method where the payment provider can do so. We do not promise a transfer to a different account.
We do not state a guaranteed number of days. The time taken depends on the payment provider, the service provider, banking or wallet rails, and any information still needed from you. Support will share the status of a valid request once that status is known.
8. How to Request a Refund
Write to dramivoind@atomicmail.io or call +91 96190 16136. You can also use the Contact Us page once form submission is connected. Include:
- your name and registered mobile number;
- the transaction ID;
- the transaction date and amount;
- the payment reference, if you have it;
- a short description of the issue; and
- supporting evidence, with card numbers, UPI PIN, OTP and other secrets masked.
A request that cannot be matched to a transaction may be declined until the missing reference is provided. This policy does not limit a right you have under applicable law, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 where it applies.
9. Policy Updates
We may update this policy when providers, payment arrangements or the law change. The effective date at the top will be updated when a new version is published. A request already in progress is handled under the policy in force when the request was received, together with any right the law does not allow us to reduce.
